This Hadith from Ibne Maja clearly says that Mahdi is no other than Isa bin Maryam:

‏أن رسول الله ‏ ‏صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ ‏قال ‏ ‏لا يزداد الأمر إلا شدة ولا الدنيا إلا إدبارا ولا الناس إلا ‏ ‏شحا ‏ ‏ولا تقوم الساعة إلا على شرار الناس ولا المهدي إلا ‏ ‏عيسى ابن مريم

This Hadith from Masnad Ahmad clearly says Isa bin Maryam will be Imam Mahdi:

‏عن النبي ‏ ‏صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ ‏قال ‏ ‏يوشك من عاش منكم أن يلقى ‏ ‏عيسى ابن مريم ‏ ‏إماما مهديا وحكما عدلا فيكسر الصليب ويقتل الخنزير ويضع ‏ ‏الجزية ‏ ‏وتضع الحرب ‏ ‏أوزارها ‏

This Hadith from Sahih Bukhari clearly says that Isa bin Maryam will be Imam from the Ummah:
